An Olympic-size swimming pool contains two and a half MILLION litres (or 2,500,000) of water.
If you tried to fill such a pool from a normal water tap, that would probably fill five litres per minute, it would take;
2,500,000 / 5 = 500,000 minutes,
…which is 8,333 hours, which is 347 days,
…which is almost a YEAR! So, how do you think they do it?
